Strength, Hypertrophy, and Conditioning

This is the most well rounded program I have written. If you are looking to improve your strength and hypertrophy while maintaining an athletic physique and function, this program is for you. This program can be used for a cut, lean bulk, or maintenance as it is so diverse. I incorporated some of my favorite movements within this program, but as always if you don't have access to all the euqipment or lack proficiency in a specefic movement, it can be regressed. This program utilizes an upper/lower split with additional accessory/conditioning days.
