This program is designed to make you the biggest and baddest mother effer in the room. It is designed with a strength foundation and includes the optimal volume range for maximal hypertrophy. The volume is spread throughout the week hitting each body part with the appropriate amount of resistance training for optimal symmetry and gains baby! As with every program I offer, it will be customized to your individual needs and I will work one on one with you to ensure the best results possible! Let’s get huge!

This program is with the shreds in mind as priority number one and being jacked and strong as number two. As with all my programs this will emphasize strength but also include additional volume and conditioning to achieve your leanest and best physique yet! When cutting down it is important to ramp up your workload and drop your calories, and this programmed is tailored to the individual with that in mind. If you’re looking to be the baddest mother effer at the pool this summer this is the program for you.

The athletic program is designed for people who want to be just that, athletes. I use a variety of methods to ensure the individual improves performance in all aspects of their sport such as strength, power, and endurance. This program is advanced and not for beginners. It will include olympic lifting style movements and high intensity training as well. If you take your performance seriously and want to push yourself to the next level, this program is for you. If you have been a previous athlete and love the training style, this program is for you. If you like to train like an athlete, but you are not and don’t wish to be one, that’s ok this program is for you too.
